Samantha J Tol
I am an Early Career Researcher at James Cook University (JCU), within The Centre for Tropical Water and Aquatic Ecosystem Research (TropWATER). I study the ecological relationships between seagrass habitats and the animals they support. I currently work for the Seagrass Ecology Team within TropWATER, and am based at the JCU Cairns Campus. My current research focuses on the benthic habitats within the reef lagoons in the Coral Sea Marine Park, and how they are connected to neighbouring nations.
