Natasha Garner
Natasha Garner is an ocean enthusiast and keen SCUBA diver, with a particular interest in weird and wonderful marine animals. Natasha received a First Class Honours from The University of Sydney, where her research focused on the potential use of seagrass to ameliorate the effects of ocean acidification on oyster aquaculture.
Now, she is a PhD candidate with Macquarie University, investigating the habitat preference, genetic connectivity, physiology and behaviour of sea cucumbers on the Great Barrier Reef.
