Rose Foster
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Queensland, investigating the legal factors affecting marine restoration with a specific focus on the Great Barrier Reef. I also currently work at the Centre for Policy Futures at UQ as part of the Reef Restoration and Adaptation Program's regulatory sub-program. My research is concerned with the intersection of law and science, and the capacity of law to facilitate marine and coastal restoration under climate change.
